The 2026 Skaneateles Festival closes its season Saturday evening with Cécile McLorin Salvant as the festival finale. The venue is Robinson Pavilion at Anyela's Vineyards on Skaneateles Lake — one of the most beautiful outdoor concert settings in the Finger Lakes, where the water is close and the late-August air carries the last warmth of summer. For more than 40 years, the Boston Globe has compared the Skaneateles Festival to Tanglewood, and a closing-night concert at Anyela's is exactly the kind of evening this festival was built to create. Plan to arrive early — the Tasting Room is open.
