Every August, the production barn at Point of the Bluff fills with the scent of fresh flowers and the sound of a good pour. This is the Fourth Annual Wine & Edible Flower Pairing — a two-hour evening set among the raised beds of Glenn Scott Farm, just above Keuka Lake in Hammondsport. The concept is quietly delightful: certain flowers change the way wine tastes, and this event exists to prove it with your actual glass in hand. It's not a lecture. It's a gathering of curious people in a beautiful barn on an August evening.
