The Keuka Lake Gravel Classic brings gravel cyclists to Hammondsport for a ride through the vineyard roads and rolling farmland that make the Finger Lakes one of the best cycling regions in the Northeast. This is the kind of event that makes you consider packing a bike next time you head south from Rochester.

How to Join
Check the Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance events calendar for registration links. Hammondsport is an hour and a half from Rochester — close enough for a day trip, but worth staying overnight to hit a few Keuka Lake wineries after the ride.
