The Skaneateles Festival brings world-class chamber musicians to Cayuga Lake country every summer — and KidsFest is the moment that feeling reaches the next generation. On Friday morning, Imani Winds and Andy Akiho present their Sound Out! workshop at Mandana Barn: an intimate, hands-on hour designed to pull kids into the music rather than simply seat them in front of it. It runs the morning after the headline Imani Winds concert at First Presbyterian Church — making this a natural two-day weekend for families who want the full festival experience.
