Matinee: An Afternoon with Friends at the Skaneateles Festival

There are two weeks left in the Skaneateles Festival season, and Sunday afternoon belongs at a Matinee. For more than 40 years this festival has drawn world-class musicians to a small Finger Lakes village and created something The Boston Globe once said rivals Tanglewood. The August 12 Matinee is exactly what it sounds like: chamber music in an intimate church setting, the lake just outside, and a Sunday afternoon that earns its name.
