The Michelin-starred team behind Bar Miller and Rosella — two of New York City's most celebrated contemporary restaurants — are loading their craft into a van, driving upstate, and setting up in the Pavilion at Point of the Bluff for two nights of sustainable omakase above Keuka Lake.
