Every weekend through July 25, the Watkins Glen Visitors Center becomes a tasting lounge where the innovative producers of Wineries Without Walls bring their rotating micro-winery selections into the heart of town — and just steps away, JR Dill Wine Bar is pouring curated wine flights with Seneca Lake in the background. This is wine country the way it should feel: informal, curious, and open to anyone willing to linger in a summer afternoon.
