Point of the Bluff's production barn opens for a guided greenhouse tour led by farm staff, followed by a farm-to-table pairing of peak-season tomatoes with wines from the estate. Late August in Hammondsport is tomato-and-Riesling territory — and this event is built around exactly that truth.
