Yoga in the Flower Fields at Jenny Creek Flowers: Thursday Evenings in Trumansburg Through August 27

On the farm fields outside Trumansburg, instructor Lara Green leads Thursday evening yoga classes among Jenny Creek Flowers' dahlias and cutting gardens. The class runs at 6:30 PM — golden hour in mid-August — and the whole spirit is to breathe, stretch, and slow down. After class you can stay and walk the fields, or add a U-pick and bring home a bouquet. Three sessions remain this summer: August 13, 20, and 27.
